When we meet for a tasting at my home, you will have a chance to sample different flavors and fillings. I specialize in buttercream frosting made with real butter. My most popular fillings are raspberry and chocolate mousse. Liquer-flavored buttercreams can include flavors like Kahlua (coffee) and Frangelico (hazelnut).

After sampling the different cake flavors, you can browse through my photo binder and choose a design which I can customize for you. Feel free to bring photos with you if you have other designs in mind as well.
